Senator Wilken, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                     
the Finance Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 139                                     
"An Act repealing the termination date of the Alaska salmon price                                   
report program; and providing for an effective date." Without                                       
objection, the bill was referred to the Rules Committee.
